Before going to Harvard you need to make sure that neither Tufts nor one of the other Boston Library Consortium libraries have what you need. If they don't, you can request a letter from a Research Librarian. You will then need to take the letter to the Harvard Library Privileges Office before visiting the Yenching or Fung libraries.
