Christine Smith, MS, RD is an adjunct lecturer at Tufts's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and former Senior Editor of the Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter. She received her B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and her M.S./Dietetic Internship from the Friedman School. Christine currently teaches Nutrition 220 - Fundamentals of Writing about Nutrition and Health at Friedman. She also serves as a volunteer ESL tutor through Literacy Unlimited of Massachusetts. She enjoys helping students shape their writing and translate nutrition research for a consumer audience.
