
Christine Smith, MS, RD is an adjunct lecturer at Tufts's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and former Senior Editor of the Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter. She received her B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and her M.S./Dietetic Internship from the Friedman School. Christine taught Nutrition 220, "Fundamentals of Writing about Nutrition and Health," at Friedman for many years, and she has also served as a volunteer ESL tutor through Literacy Unlimited of Massachusetts. She enjoys helping students of all levels shape their stories, communicate their research, and become more confident in their writing.
