Provides access to selected international, national, state and local industry codes and standards. Covers fields such as construction, electronics, energy, petrochemical, food, medical, and telecommunications. Includes standards from AAMI, ASHRAE, BS, ICC, IEC, and ISO.

ASTM compass
Standards and technical engineering information from ASTM (formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials).
IEEE Xplore digital library
Includes standards in electronics, information technology, power and energy, smart grid, telecommunications, and other fields.
Knovel Library
Knovel is an extensive collection of technical e-books for engineers and applied scientists, and has interactive charts, tables, graphs, equations and information on best practices. It includes some standards, including ones from AASHTO.

Social Science Data and Statistics Resources
While emphasizing the social sciences, this is a good general guide to finding and using data.
Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR)
Raw data sets on various social sciences topics, accessed by a searchable index. Data downloads require setting up a personal account within ICPSR while on the Tufts campus.
