CLASSROOM HELP: If you require immediate assistance while in a classroom or during an event, please call 617-627-3376 and press 1 or ask the student employee at the desk in the HOF to contact the HelpDesk on your behalf.
Live Local Phone Support for urgent classrooms and event space issues is available Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5pm. Outside of those times, calls are taken by the remote service desk.
EVENTS: To request technology support in advance of your class or event, such as help with Zoom for guest speakers or hybrid classes, please complete the AV request form.
Please note that Tufts Technology Services (TTS) typically requires 10 business days for event requests.
