This guide is meant to support students working the podcast assignment for the Storytelling for Justice course.  It contains useful resources, technical guides, and prompts to put new tools into action.

If you would like to setup a meeting or training during any stage of podcast production, you can schedule an appointment with the Senior Digital Media Specialist or the Student Success Librarian.

Learning to use new software takes time and practice.  DDS offers select open workshops for those looking to get hands on training.  We also highly recommend signing up for Udemy and following their training videos for the software you are working in.  These video tutorials are comprehensive and cover almost every tool you’ll need to start working in a new software.  For instructions on how to sign-up check out this guide provided by TTS.

DDS Staff is also available to help troubleshoot any questions you may have so don't hesitate to stop by!

We offer mentoring and collaboration for anyone curious about learning to push disciplinary and methodological boundaries through new approaches. We’re part of a broader digital scholarship community at Tufts, which includes the Data Lab and Tufts Maker Network.

Accessibility information:  The DDS is located on the third floor of Tisch Library which is accessible via stairs and elevator.  There are bathrooms and a water fountain located on the same floor as the event.  For questions, reach out to
