Most of the resources in this box are going to be from a British perspective, though there are a few South Asian resources listed here.

The Times Digital Archives
The Times of London, 1785-1985 Researchers can search through the complete digital edition of The Times (London), to retrieve full facsimile images of either a specific article or a complete page. Data will be added monthly until the entire period of 1785-1985 is available.
British Library Newspapers
Complete runs of 48 newspapers specially selected to best represent 19th Century Britain: London's national and regional newspapers; those from established country or university towns as well as the new industrial centers of the Midlands; and from Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Special attention was paid to include newspapers that helped lead particular political or social movements such as Reform, Chartism, and Home Rule. The penny papers aimed at the working and clerical classes are also present in the collection.
British Periodicals
British Periodicals traces the development and growth of the periodical press in Britain from its origins in the seventeenth century through to the Victorian 'age of periodicals' and beyond, covering the period from the 1680s to the 1930s.

Actually just a dozen Indian newspapers, most in English, but a couple in Hindi or Gujarati.

19th century British pamphlets collection via JSTOR
Digital primary source collection of more than 20,000 pamphlets digitized from research universities in the United Kingdom. A wide range of topics are covered, focusing on political and economic life in 19th century Britain. While the bulk of the collection is from the 19th century, there are some pamphlets included going back to 1545.
