Bioinformatics Resources

The Genomics Core provides analysis and consultation services for gene expression and genomics studies, pathway analysis, and computational biology. Based in the Tufts Center for Neuroscience Research on the Boston campus.

The Tufts University Core Facility provides services to academic and industry scientists. Services include: DNA synthesis and sequencing; next-generation DNA sequencing; peptide synthesis; protein sequencing; and mass spectrometer analysis. Based on the Boston campus.

Tufts CBI is dedicated to raising awareness, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting computational biology, genomics and bioinformatics techniques across all Tufts campuses.

The Tufts BCB research group focuses on the application of computational, mathematical and statistical methods to the solution of biomedical problems. Based in the computer science department on the Medford campus, with ties to the Engineering School, Medical School, Tufts Medical Center, Veterinary School and Nutrition School.
