If you don't see a link to the full text of an article you're interested in, try clicking on the Find It@Tufts icon for that article. The Find It @Tufts button searches the rest of our holdings to provide you with options for getting you the article. It will try to link you directly to the full-text if we have online access and will search our catalog to see if we may own that journal in print.
Not only will the Find It@Tufts button help you to find what we own, it will also help you to order your article from another library. Just click the link to request the article from Interlibrary loan (ILLiad).
To locate books in other libraries when we either don't own them or our copy is checked out, use BLC WorldCat. Once you've found the book you want, use the BLC request form or ILLiad to request the book be delivered to Tisch. The book will be delivered to the Tisch Library circulation desk, within 2 to 5 days, and you will be notified via email on its arrival. There is no charge for this service.
Anyone student can get a Boston Library Consortium card from the Circulation Desk of Tisch Library. Check out the libraries' individual websites for more information.
It will allow you to check books out from any of these libraries. HELPFUL HINT: if you are running out of time and don't have time to request it from Interlibrary Loan, you can go there and check it out!
Please note: The Boston Public Library is no longer a member but all full-time students can get a BPL card.
