This guide is not comprehensive, but is intended as a starting point for the interdisciplinary research of Leadership at Tufts, highlighting some of the most useful resources available through the Libraries and on the web.
For interdisciplinary fields, sometimes it is useful to look through a particular disciplinary lens (e.g. what does the business and management literature have to say about employee affinity groups vs. what articles you find in resources dedicated to the study of race or gender?). Sometimes interdisciplinary databases are the easiest way to get lots of angles on a topic at once.
