It uses detailed, referenced, decision trees and a step-by-step approach, covering prevention, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. It incorporates AHFS Drug Information Essentials, which provides dosage information for most drugs. Its web version requires Tufts ID or Library Login.

MOBILE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: You must follow these steps every 90 days to retain access
1. If not already installed: download the free DynaMed app from the App store or Google Play.
2. To authenticate, access the Library's Desktop version of DynaMed and sign in OR create a personal account using the "sign in" link at the upper portion of the screen). NOTE: you MUST sign in or create an account using the above Desktop version link for DynaMed to authenticate on the Tufts Network.
3. From your mobile device, sign into DynaMed app using the personal account you created using the SIGN IN option. DO NOT USE THE INSTITUTIONAL NETWORK OPTION.
4. For first time users, the DynaMed App opens on your device and begins the initial content download.
NOTE: It is recommended that you are on a Wi-Fi connection for the initial download of DynaMed content as well as when updates become available.

Includes information from First Consult, which can be found at the top of search results for select topics. This app is available for both Android and iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).
MOBILE ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download Clinical Key from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store(Android).
2. After installing and opening the app, choose the "Global" edition. Then, two options should appear: Click on 'Clinical Key'.
3. Enter your ClinicalKey username and password to begin using the app (SEE Register for an Account below).
REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT
*This will grant 180 days of remote access. Prior to the end of the 180 days, log into your ClinicalKey personal account while on the Tufts network. This will extend your access another 180 days. Should your remote access expire, follow the above steps to re-activate your access.
