CAP Apps & Links

This guide contains various resources available for installation as a mobile app or viewed from a mobile device.  Most are evidence-based and licensed by the Tufts Libraries. 

You can browse the tabs on the left to find instructions for creating accounts and accessing the mobile content for each resource. 

iPhones and Androids: 

1. Take an app and move it over another app to create a group.
2. Tap the title to change the title of the group.
3. Hit the home button to save.

Google Chrome

1. Open the web page on your mobile device
2. Select the menu button in the upper right corner (three vertical dots) and click on "Add to homescreen"
3. Change or adjust the title, then click "Add"
4. The web page should now appear on the home screen of your mobile device

Safari

1. Open the web page on your mobile device
2. Press the share icon (square with an up arrow)
3. When the share options appear, select "Add to home screen"
4. Change or adjust the title, then click "Add"
5. The web page should now appear on the home screen of your mobile device

Firefox

1. Open the web page on your mobile device
2. Press down and hold on the URL in the address bar.
3. A menu should appear; select "Add to Home Screen"
4. The web page should now appear on the home screen of your mobile device

Dolphin

1. Open the web page on your mobile device
2. Tap the star icon at the top and select "Add bookmark"
3. Change or adjust the title, then click "Add"
4. Tap the star icon again at the top and find the web page in the book mark menu
5. Press down and hold on the bookmark until a menu appears
6. Choose "Add shortcut to home"
7. The web page should now appear on the home screen of your mobile device
