There are a variety of tools you can use to manage the screening and data extraction processes for a systematic review. These software programs are designed to work with the output from a citation manager. Here are several popular options; please note that many other tools are available.
Rayyan is a low-cost systematic review manager (with a free option for early-career researchers) that assists in managing the screening and review process.
CADIMA is a free web tool facilitating the conduct and assuring for the documentation of systematic reviews, systematic maps and further literature reviews.
Covidence is a popular web-based tool used to organize and screen references, extract data, and create a PRISMA flow diagram. Covidence is available for a fee and is NOT available via Tufts Libraries
